You can borrow your lacking budget, however because of the limitation of this fund, you need to pay back,
otherwise this fund will terminate very quickly.

Subject : Rosa Linda Memorial Fund

Rosa Linda Ponce five month old at Tongo Siquijor has died in 27 October 2000, because of her niyumonya. She used to be asthma and usually cough which make it difficult to find her fatal disease. Anyway the main reason of her death was the poverty of her family. They had no budget to let her go to hospital and buy expensive medicine.
Naming after her, we will start Rosa Linda memorial fund which will lent to poor family without interest mainly for the payment of the expensive medicine for their children.
We can wait payback for all, however quick payback will be appreciated because that can help other children owing to the limitation of the fund.
Also because of the limitation of the fund amount, there will be the priority. The poorest family has the highest priority. Among the poor families, the family of industrious parents has the higher priority.

We will request other similar funds start by other groups or personal through the internet and joint together. We hope more and more children will be saved by the similar funds.
All of the information will be available on the internet including current available amount, borrower's name, payback status as well as the effectiveness of the fund in each case.

We also start the service to lent some medical instrument like
thermometer for the daily health care.
