これは、途中経過で、後から不要と判明したものも含まれている。
例えば、NBI clearanceを発行してもらうために、Police clearanceは必要ない。一日使って交通費を出して、ドゥマゲッティのNBIまで行き、やっぱりPolice clearanceが必要だったということなると困るので、念のため地元でPolice clearanceを発行してもらった。NBIに行く前にNBIに電話して、確認すればよいだけのことだが、電話番号が分からなかったという話になっているし、さらに、その前には、電話すれば済むとも思わなかったという話になっている。フィリピン流に付き合っていると、外国人は疲れる。Postal IDも不要な場合が多い。今回は、BCのLate Registrationだったので、普通より沢山IDも必要だった。
